Jennifer graduated from Northeastern University in 2001 with her BSN. She spent her time as an RN working mainly in Critical Care and earned the distinction of a Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN).
In 2007, she graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Master of Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP). As an ANP, she has worked in many arenas including Critical Care Instructor, Primary Care Provider, Geriatric/Hospice/ Palliative Care NP, and College Health Provider.
In 2018, Jennifer graduated with a 2nd Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from New York College of Health Professions. She is a general practitioner but does take special interest in weight loss, smoking cessation, respiratory ailments, relaxation therapy and women's health issues.
October 2023, Jennifer participated in the annual New York State Nurse Practitioner Annual Conference presenting and speaking on “Acupuncture…What’s the Point?”. She continues to share her knowledge in both Eastern and Western medicine and educating fellow Nurse Practitioners across the state.
June 2023, Jennifer had the privilege to present and speak at the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Conference in New Orleans. She presented her expertise on “How to Conduct an End of Life Discussion.” This presentation was available both in person and online educating fellow Nurse Practitioners nationwide.
October 2022, Jennifer had the honor to speak and present at the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association Annual Conference in Saratoga, NY. She continues to share her knowledge and educate her fellow Nurse Practitioners across the state.
April 2022, Jennifer had the privilege to present and speak on her topic of “How to Conduct an End of Life Discussion” for the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island annual conference.
